Role Overview

We're seeking a creative, experienced Freelance Instructional Designer to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to design and develop custom training that is engaging, behavior-focused, and results-driven.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze learning needs and client goals

- Create detailed design documents, curriculum maps, and content outlines

- Develop storyboards and engaging instructional content

- Build eLearning modules using Storyline 360 and Rise 360

- Produce simple video animations using tools like Vyond or Powtoon

- Collaborate with internal and client teams to iterate and refine learning

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in instructional design

- Strong proficiency in Storyline 360 and Rise 360 (portfolio required)

- Ability to create clean, effective video animations

- Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills

- Highly organized, self-directed, and reliable

- Bonus: experience with clients in global development, health, or sustainability
